Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Simple Clean! We value your time and ours, so here's what to expect when booking your detail: Appointments All services are by appointment only. A deposit may be required to secure your booking (especially for larger services like ceramic coatings). Rescheduling Life happens—we get it! You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. If rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit or be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and subject to a rescheduling fee. Weather Policy (For Mobile Details) If weather prevents a mobile detail from taking place, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost to you.
